A retired CIA Senior Operations Officer, served fifteen years in Europe, Africa, the Near East, and Latin America, as head of large reporting installations. As representative of the Director of Central Intelligence, dealt with foreign governments at highest levels. Served in Washington for almost ten years, initially as a country desk officer and then as head of Latin American, African, and Near Eastern areas, providing supervision, policy guidance and support to overseas installations. In addition, considerable experience in intelligence training, and in counter terrorism and counter narcotics intelligence operations. Carried out numerous intelligence and security assessments and training programs in Central America, Southeast Asia, Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia for international corporate clients.
